Questions
How much do I pay today?
Just Tk 500 to book your style. The price shown is the full price, and you pay the rest in cash when it is delivered.
Is my booking money safe?
Yes. If your order does not reach you within 20 days, or we send the wrong item, we refund your booking money in full.
Can I cancel?
Each pre-order is ordered from the maker just for you, in your size and colour, so once booked it cannot be cancelled or refunded, except if it arrives late or we send the wrong item. Please message us before you book if you are unsure about anything.
When will it arrive?
In 15 to 20 days from your order, anywhere in Bangladesh.
Can I exchange the size?
Each pre-order piece travels a long way to reach you, chosen for you alone, so we are unable to offer a size exchange. The sizes for each style are shown on its product page. Before you order, message us and we will gladly help you find your perfect fit.
How do I pay the rest?
In cash to the rider when your order arrives, after you have checked it.
